It was so strange. I just get back and turn on my computer and within seconds I found out about this. I didnt believe it at first but then twitter blew up with it and new news articles went up all over Google search. RIP Steve, he will be greatly missed.
I was watching TV and they interrupted the programming to announce that he had passed. It was shocking news to hear. Jobs was an incredible entrepreneur with amazing foresight. He brought so many revolutionary ideas and helped build the most valuable company in the world. He was a legend in the business world.
I spent the whole day on the internet, and had an exam was at 8. I got off the computer at about 7:15 and found out after my exam. Crazy how quickly that happened after he stepped down permantly in August. He made a dent in the universe in many different aspects. His legacy will never be forgotten and it is a very unfortunate passing.
I still can’t believe of Steve Jobs passing. Upon hearing about it last night, I didn’t believe when people came up to tell me. I thought they were joking around, until I actually looked it up myself. I then watched multiple tribute videos with compilations of his keynote speeches and it finally sunk in. One thing I did notice in his keynotes, especially the one when he was on medical leave, is just how “sick” he actually looked. Every contiguous keynote saw Jobs even thinner and sicker. Pancreatic cancer is a tough disease, but he toughed it out for five years, when pancreatic cancer has a survival rate of around a year. He will for sure be missed, but he will always be known for the innovative products and thrilling keynote speeches.
Long live the King of Innovation of our time. Your life’s work has definitely changed the future for many generations to come with your outside the box designs and new technologies. RIP

The legacy Steve Jobs leaves behind is evident in many different arenas. I was reading an article about the recent protests on Wall Street. These protests are put on by the group 99% Wall Street, which has been protesting the wages of CEO’s and CEO’s in general. This group actually took time out of their protest to mourn the loss of Steve Jobs. This goes to show the monumental difference that Steve Jobs had as a visionary. Maybe this is because he was the most visible CEO in American History, or maybe he was just truly a different species of CEO altogether.

Regardless of what people say about Apple products, Steve Jobs has contributed to technology much more than any other CEO or entrepreneur ever has. There will always be people who dislike Apple products, but despite that, over the past few years Apple has emerged from a dying company to one of most well known companies in the world. This could not have happened without the influence of Steve Jobs, and he will truly be missed.
